Online Enrollment for the 2019-20 school year will be available starting January 7, 2019.


Seattle Public Schools enrollment has
gone paperless and families can now enroll their students online. To begin
gather your supporting documents for online submission. These documents
include parent or legal guardian ID, residential address verification in
parent or guardian name dated within the current eight weeks, student immunization
records, and a birth certificate or passport for pre-k through first grade
students. Please note students identified as
homeless are not required to provide these documents. Visit our McKinney Vento program web page for more information. You may take a photo of your documents
with your phone and save them to your desktop to attach them directly to your
students application if you need additional support with this step you
may also contact our help line at 866-752-7650. When your documents are ready visit our web page by typing in www.Seattle
schools.org this will bring you to our Seattle Public Schools district website. Hover over enroll on the menu bar from the drop down menu select enroll my
students from here select online enrollment registration. Select your
preferred language and begin. Select create an account and follow all the necessary steps. You will need a valid email address. After you complete the
initial setup click new student registration next you will then add a
student if you have more than one student select add a student then click
on yes this function will carry over your initial information from the first
trial to the next child and so on so you don’t have to enter the information each
time it makes the registration easier and much faster for you
the next pages are about your student include their full name address and
previous school information when you reach the parent guardian page
enter yourself and any other parent or guardian. The emergency contact page is
for emergency contacts other than the parent or guardian. The final pages are
for medical information and our attendance policy
please read both of these documents before electronically signing. You may
exit the application at any point during the registration process and the system
will save any work you have completed so far however once you submit your
application this will complete the enrollment process and you will no
longer have access to your child’s application. If you are unable to upload
documents before pressing submit you may email the documents directly to our
admissions center at service center @ Seattle schools dot org. Please include
your student’s full name and date of birth in the email. If you do not have
access to a computer or require assistance please visit us at our
Admissions Center Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Please bring all of your supporting documents and arrive early for help with
registration. The admission center is located at the John Stanford Center just
south of downtown Seattle at 2445 3rd Avenue South Seattle
Washington 98134.
